Atty. Andrea N. Chasen has worked in the field of conflict resolution since 1990. She is the founder of Resolutions, a dispute resolution service, consulting and training company headquartered in Longmeadow, MA. Clients in public, private, non-profit and government organizations have used Resolutions as a consensus builder, trainer, consultant and mediator on a vast array of matters including land use planning, workplace conflicts, family business concerns, commercial issues, and divorce and post-divorce disputes.  Resolutions has a virtual staff of 30, with expertise in almost every business sector.
